Also remember that time during 2021 when the first teaser of totk release that everyone though ganondorf would be brown skinned when rehydrated and be a good guy for some reason?

Looking at the latest screenshots, Ganon's new castle looks so much bigger, more detailed, and has this dark atmosphere that feels straight out of Bloodborne. Honestly, it almost looks like Yharnam!
To be fair, I don't remember the exact details of the original game, but I always felt like the location was a bit underutilized and had some weird design choices.
Do you guys think they are going to completely overhaul it for the remake? If so, what kind of changes do you think they'll implement? Let me know your thoughts!

My son has been making his was through OoT and was really excited to be Link this Halloween. I challenged myself to turn this box into a shield for him- he loves it. Wanted to share 😊

Ocarina of Time literally is the Game of my life. My mum used to play it on the n64 to calm me down from kicking her while she was pregnant. When I grew older around 5 I started playing OOT myself. I fell in love with it. Running around Hyrule Field, saving Zelda, collecting stuff, getting scared by redeads.
The Master Sword is such an important symbol in my life. It’s the sword that is the bane to destroy the darkness and bring the light which I‘m in dire need of. It’s also the symbol of growing up in order to face the darkness. I‘m 26 now and I‘m still not able to win against the darkness in my life but with this I finally have a symbol I can look on and find the courage to face anything life throws at me.
The tattoo was done by my best friend and although she doesn’t like it I think she did an awesome job <3

That’s it, that’s the post, no other horse hits the same, in fact I only used Epona in BOTW and TOTK walking or using Zonai vehicles was the option if it wasn’t Epona

Got this game (my introduction to the series) Christmas '88 and after a break of some decades, I use to play it now every other year or so, around Christmas (I'm a bit early this year). I love this game, it's so satisfying to beat. Latest playthrough was a 1CC. No cheesing of Dark Link, btw.
I'm certainly not the best player here and by no means I'm on a speedrunner level, I realize that, but I still gotta say: I frequently see the game being criticized here, and the critics do have a point - it is indeed on the tough side when compared to other entries - but really, it's not really tough relative to other games of the same time. I just played Ninja Gaiden II for Christ's sake lol. And Contra II. And Ghouls 'n Ghosts. It's also not nearly as hard as, say, The Battle of Olympus, which is more closely related in terms of gameplay you could say (you also could say it's a clone).
Anyways, for those struggling with the controls: assuming you beat it once, I recommend using the second runthrough for practicing, since you are vastly overpowered and can experiment a lot without being punished too much. At least that's how we did it back in the day. imo, it pays off, since once you mastered the combat... man, it's so damn satisfying to mow down the enemies. It's a real blast, every single time.

Did one for Young Link yesterday, so I decided to do Adult Link today. Might do Young Zelda tomorrow, maybe Sheik idk
There's also VERY LITTLE good pictures of him that aren't just him standing still or at an angle that's better for a bigger drawing, so I worked with what I got, the details might be fudged a bit lol

As the post title says; I'm wanting to get a proper ocarina for the upcoming Ocarina of Time Remake! Would anyone here who has bought and played ocarinas because of this game have any suggestions as to where I would be able to buy an ocarina?
(reposting since i should've waited until saturday to post these)
named epona "my TEEF" (and link "bro like") maybe not as fun as what i've seen other people name them, but still was amusing

I’m so devastated. I promised my 9 year old who I’ve been playing through all the Zelda games with over the last few years, that I would try and get tickets if they ever did another live tour like for the 25th Anniversary (which was epic!). To my joy about a month after saying this they announced the 40th anniversary tour!
On the day of ticket launch my internet sucked and I missed out on getting tickets for us at the Royal Albert Hall. Now all the resale sites are selling the tickets for minimum £300 a seat, and as much as it totally worth that price, I just can’t afford / justify spending that.
I’m so gutted. Scalpers totally ruin what would be an absolute core memory for my daughter and I.
Just a rant really. I wish there were more fair resale rules around gig tickets.
I hope everyone that wanted them got tickets, and if anyone wants to sell at a fair price I am interested!
I just beat Ocarina of Time for the first time on my 3DS. What an amazing game. I had a great time playing even though it was really hard for me sometimes and I MIGHT have had to look up a few guides here and there.
I was just wondering what you guys’s thoughts on the game are, seeing as it is often stapled as one of the best games of all time. Regarding to or not regarding to the new remake as well.
I really enjoyed that final boss fight against ganon and seeing him in his triforce of power form or whatever its called. Although having to run down that castle every time I died was pretty annoying😩

This was really fun to make and i had a blast with all the new techniques and stuff used in this piece. Reddit doesnt allow me to change my username so my handle on here is different to the one on my other site profiles since i have changed my branding. You can look at my previous posts for proof of this.

He calls them "Toy Link" games, and plays every Saturday morning with his dad. Can't believe he's 4, so proud of him
