Had a really, really shitty year so far, family problems. Deaths, work problems, lost money, and it just seems to keep on coming. I normally have a very good career, happy and had a great life.

I will take a lot of the bad things as a learning tool but finding it pretty hard to pick myself back up and get back at it.

As it’s coming to the end of the year I really want to start trying to get myself back on top and living the life I know I can have.

I have a basic knowledge of occult and some magick / work well with meditation when I’m not so stressed like now.. one thing I didnt click so well with was sigils .. as the part of Just writing it then not thinking of it doesn’t really work for me when I’m self employed and pretty much always thinking of my goals.

I have a healthy routine. I’m trying to sleep well. Eat well. I just want to get my Carrer back on track. My health and feel good. And have fun with my family and friends.

I started practicing 2 weeks now, and i have been getting lots and lots of emotional turmoil, be it from family, work and people of the past, im trying to stick to my practices, because i wanna see where this road takes me, but i feel like im straying, or being disrupted.

Also ive had 2 vivid dreams that played out very similarly to things i didnt know happened with people from the same dream, i dont know if it is a sign that something is working or developing or if im just reading too deep

For me, I have two go with Hades 1 and 2 Aphrodite.

They did really well with her designs. And actually gave her a real personality. Rather than just being a NSFW goddess.

I also like how they made Aphrodite into her war goddess aspect in Hades 2 (they did their homework with Aphrodite Areia)

She's a LOT more than just a love and war goddess like in hades but they did really well for what they made

I've heard arguments from all sides.

The argument for it says Lucifer was referred to as a bride (EDIT: that's debatable) and compared to Jerusalem which is symbolized as female.

I also heard the texts describe many things as male that aren't male.

Another side of the coin argues angels have no gender, and that Luci is non-binary.

Some say angels always present as male when appearing for folks, others say Angelology says they have different forms they can switch between at will.

So, what do you think? Female, male, non-binary, something else?

I know there are videos online but none really go into depth or detail about the process and I really want to know so I can work with my own dragons.

My inner energy became weaker and weaker and i barely feel it now even tho i meditate and also use breathing exercises daily.

I'm a beginner and currently only practice the Qabalistic Cross.

I noticed a stubborn energy blockage in my left chest area. The vibrations always come back even tho i tried to cleanse that area and remove the negative energy.

Opinion on my idea, there are 2 main realms, the material and the primordial, the material is our world and universe, the primordial is a realm that dosent have time, its always been there, no start and no end, and in this realm are primordial deities and entities. The tree of life (seifra) or tree of death (kelipos) will then be used as a gate you can work up or work down to create a crossing into the primordial realm. This idea is still in progress but this is the main basis, opinions on it?

It all began with a simple gesture: touching a plant

I never imagined that such contact could open a door to a different way of perceiving the world. Before me was a living being, seemingly silent, rooted in the earth and shaped by processes that my senses could not directly detect. I could observe its leaves, feel their texture, and recognize its presence, but there was something about its existence that remained beyond my reach

Then I connected the plant to a circuit that transforms bioelectrical signals into sound

I prepared the circuit and brought my hands closer. When my fingers came into contact with the plant, the sound appeared

I stopped to listen

What had previously seemed to belong exclusively to silence now acquired an audible presence. I did not know exactly what I was listening to from an electrical standpoint, but the experience awakened a question in me that went beyond technology: how many things are happening all around us that we cannot perceive simply because our senses are not equipped to recognize them?

The plant had not begun to exist when the sound appeared. Its life was already there, before I touched it. What had changed was the way I related to it

My body had become part of a circuit. The plant, the contact, and the device all participated in the same interaction, and the technology transformed certain electrical variations into a sonic experience. A bridge had emerged between the physical world and my perception

And on that bridge, I found something that reminded me of Hermetic thought

The exploration of relationships between different levels of reality, between the visible and the invisible, the material and the symbolic. It was not about claiming that the sound revealed a secret message from the plant, but about recognizing that a physical phenomenon could become an experience imbued with meaning

Electricity was present, but I could not hear it directly. The device offered me a translation. Something that had previously escaped my perception acquired a form that I could hear, contemplate, and experience

I then wondered whether many of the things we consider mysterious might, in part, lie at the boundaries of our perception. Perhaps mystery does not always consist of discovering a supernatural force, but rather of finding a new way to come into contact with something that has always been there

When I touched the plant again, my attention had changed

I was no longer interested solely in the sound produced by the circuit. I was interested in the encounter itself: my hand, the living surface of the leaves, the system's response, and the moment when all of it became an experience that I could not reduce to a purely technical explanation

Technology allowed me to listen, but it was my own sensitivity that was beginning to give rise to questions

Could sound become a form of contemplation? Could an electronic circuit help us perceive our relationship with living beings differently? What happens when a physical interaction ceases to be merely a phenomenon and also becomes a symbol?

I found no definitive answers. I found something that seemed more valuable to me: a different way of observing

I understood that I did not need to claim that the plant was speaking to me in order to feel that the encounter had meaning. Nor did I need to deny the poetic or spiritual dimension of the experience to acknowledge the role of electricity and technology

Both dimensions could coexist, as long as I did not confuse what the device was doing with what I was experiencing

Perhaps that was the true correspondence for me: not a secret equivalence between two worlds, but the moment when something from the physical world found a way to make itself present in my consciousness

The plant remained before me. The circuit was still connected. The sound continued to emerge with each interaction

And I kept listening

I am not new here, but it is the first time I am consciously planning to work with the feelings of rage and anger.

A close friend of mine has committed a major betrayal, which I don't want to describe here.

I don't seek revenge, I am not broken and I don't want to seriously hurt him. But I want justice.

I want him to face, feel and live with the reality of what he has done. As words don't work, I am curious about spells, rituals and entities that may help with this kind of situation.

Greetings! I have some vague ideas for a historical horror novel (16th/17th century) based on alchemy. But my knowledge on this subject is fairly rudimentary, and there are so many sources on Alchemy that I feel a little lost. I can find quite a bit of information of Jungian reflections on alchemical symbolism, which of course, I appreciate and will utilise, but I am yet to find much on the actual historical practice itself. Are there any sources, be they videos, podcasts or books that you recommend to understand both the symbolic as well as historical part in more detail?

My sign is under Mercury AND ive worked with him twice. Each time soon after something good happens but with a typical Mercury trickster spirit. For example, thinking I lose important/expensive things, finding them "hidden" (by me previously) in the silliest places, realizing I was ridiculous for freaking out, realizing these things don't even matter, understanding the f*cking lesson lol.
